Photos from the leg-ends of steam gala, with thousands of photos of the same train from the same anle with slightly different lighting on the Friday night photo shoot, hundreds of photos of 813 from Saturday, and even more photos of 813 from Sunday. Plus some other industrial engines making lots of clag.
Great weekend though!

A day where the Tanfield run a passenger train and a coal train in appalling weather conditions so that everyone can get soaked, then abolish the timetable. Fun though.

I headed off to Tanfield today, 7th January 2007, to start volunteering on the Tanfield. So I took my new camera along, got myself arranged to start volunteering, and went out for a good old gricing session. Funny how I only took 25 pictures when i had all day there....
